Abstract: Gene expression programs are tightly regulated by heritable "epigenetic" information, which is stored as chemical modifications of histones and DNA. With the recent development of sequencing-based epigenome mapping technologies and cancer cellular reprogramming, the tools are now in hand to analyze the epigenetic contribution to human cancer.
