Abstract: Citations and references play important \nroles in scientific activity, a fact supported by the international \nliterature but to develop them is incurred detrimental \nto the quality and impact of errors magazines \namong other factors. An approach to inaccuracies in \nthe references and citations as an unsolved problem \nis performed. The value and functions of such entities \nis based. The causes of the errors are listed in drafting \nthem. Some types of errors are discussed, a parallel \nbetween the inherent requirements of scientific writing \nin scientific texts and references section (clarity, conciseness \nand accuracy) and suggest some favorable \nsolutions to reducing the high rate of error.
