Abstract: Innovation networks are a new innovative pattern adapted to knowledge-based economy and technological innovation.As a complex pattern of interaction and relationships between actors participating in innovation process,it creates the context of complex technological innovation.Based on an innovation network perspective,this paper analyzes the interactive characteristics of innovation networks,discusses the network views of technological innovation,put forward the foundation of innovation networks in our country.
