Current Situation of Quinolone Application in Fishery and Its Developmental Tendency

Abstract: Quinolone are a class of synthetic antibiotics drugs,all kinds contain fluorine atom.The antibacterial mechanism of quinolone is sterilization,it can penetrate cell wall,go deep into cells,inhibit and interdict the helicase of bacterial DNA,cause cells not to split,and lead to bacterial death.This paper introduced the physical and chemical characteristics,kinds of drugs,molecular structure and action mechanism of quinolone,summarized the common methods for the detection of quinolone drugs,and discussed the current situation,developmental tendency and risk of quinolone application in fishery.
