Abstract: In risk society, there are more and more crises of trust occurred between public and scientists. It is the aim of science communication that establishing trust between public and scientists rather than telling public reliable knowledge simply. Trust establishing depends on the construction of public sphere which facilitated public engagement and armed by scientific debate.
