Abstract: 论 著• 音乐对机械通气患者生理与焦虑状态的影响 钟月欢 陈安琪 陈满辉 【 摘要】 目 的 观察音乐对机械通气患者的心率( HR)、呼吸频率( RR)、血压( Bp) 及焦虑程度的影响 。 方法 将 64 例机械通 气患者随机分为 30min 音乐治疗组与对照组 。 研究前后 , 以中国人状态 特性焦虑 量表( C -STAI) 对两组 患者分别 进行测 试 , 同 时记录 HR、RR、Bp 以及休息状态 。 结果 与对照组相比 , 音乐组 HR(-3 .8 ±7.0 , P = 0 .009) 和 RR( -3 .6 ±4. 9, P <0.001) 下降更快 。 音乐可以显著降低患者的 HR、RR、收缩压和舒张压 ( P 均 <0.005)。 音乐 组患者的焦 虑得分比 对照组降低 , 但差 异无统计学意义 。 音乐组患者的舒适行为比对照组多 。 结论 音乐可以明显改善机械通气患者的生理状态 , 减轻焦虑反应 。 【 关键词】 音乐疗法 ; 通气 , 机械 ; 焦虑 Ef fect of music on the physiological responses and anxiety levels of patients receiving mechanical ventilation/ ZHONG Yue -huan , LEE An-qi, CHEN Man-hui/ / Chinese Journal of Nursing,-2005, 40( 7) : 481.【 Abstract】 Objective T o investig ate the ef fects of music on the anxie ty of patients on mechanical v entila tion , as asse ssed by objective parame te rs and a subjective valida ted a nx iety scale .Method 64 pa tients receiving mechanical ventila tion w ere randomly assig ned to underg o eithe r 30 minute s o f music inte rventio n or a re st period .T he patiens were asked to answ er the Chinese S tate T rait A nx iety Inv ento ry ( C-ST A I)scale befo re and after the study period and phy sio lo gical indice s and r esting behavior s were recorded befo re and after the study period in bo th g roups.T he pa tients'satisfactio n with music w as also obtained after music inter vention .Result The findings indicate that patients on mechanical ventilatio n that listened to a sing le 30-minute sessio n o f music appeared to sho w g rea te r relax ation as manifested by a decrease in physio lo gical indices and an increase in comfo rtable resting behav io rs .Conclusion M usic can pro vide a confir med effect on r educing po tentially ha rmful phy siolo gical response s ar ising f rom anxiety in mechanica lly ventilated patients .
