Abstract: We report palladium( ii )-functionalized MOF-253 (MOF-253-Pd(OAc) 2 ) as a recyclable catalyst to form all-carbon quaternary centers via conjugate additions of arylboronic acids to β,β-disubstituted enones in aqueous media.
