Abstract: Patients with relapsed/refractory lymphoma who undergo allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) represent a high-risk cohort, and many have relapsed after prior autologous HCT or are otherwise chemo-refractory. BEAM (BCNU, etoposide, cytarabine, and melphalan) conditioning is widely used for autoHCT, but the experience in alloHCT is limited, particularly when tacrolimus/sirolimus (Tac/Sir)-based GVHD prophylaxis is used. Here we report outcomes of 18 adult patients at City of Hope with relapsed/refractory lymphoma who underwent allogeneic HCT using BEAM conditioning with Tac/Sir GVHD prophylaxis.
