Factors Associated with Progression-Free Survival in Mantle Cell Lymphoma Patients Treated with Autologous Stem Cell Transplant
Year: 2016
Type: article
Study design: Observational Study
Abstract: Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) remains incurable despite aggressive approaches. Induction chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) has been shown to improve outcomes in MCL, but few direct comparisons of the various treatment paradigms exist. In our analysis, we explore the impact of patient (pt) and disease characteristics, and treatment regimens on outcomes following ASCT in a large series of pts with MCL.
