Abstract: ASCT is standard therapy for patients with high-risk and relapsed/refractory NHL. However, the role of ASCT in older NHL patients remains undefined. Although comorbidities rather than age have shown to be the key determinant of transplant outcomes in hematological malignancies, older patients are frequently not considered for ASCT and are excluded from clinical trials.
