Abstract: 既にいくつかの地方自治体が健診にPSA (前立腺特異抗原) の項目を入れている現在, 日々の臨床で前立腺癌の診断について悩むのは1) PSA4.0以上なら全例生検してもよいのか, 2) 生検が陰性の場合どの様にフォローアップすればよいかで, この点を中心に最近の知見および筆者らの研究結果を報告した。
