Abstract: Despite the increasing number of volunteer donors available through the registry, many patients don't have a well-matched URD (MUD). Mismatched URD (MMUD) HCT has been associated with inferior survival largely due to increased risk of GvHD. T/S-based GvHD prophylaxis is effective in preventing aGvHD. However, the impact of HLA-mismatch on transplant outcome has not been evaluated in a large cohort of patients who received T/S-based GvHD prophylaxis
