Abstract: An unfortunate error occurred in the name of the second author. The correct name is given above. Line 13 of the first paragraph of the Introduction section should read: … four-subunit cohesin complex [4–6]. The last sentence of Section 2.1 should read: The preparations of affinity-purified anti-separase antibody, recombinant securin, and active separase have been described elsewhere [10,13].
