Abstract: The article discussed the status of the innovation system of the Russian Federation. It is concluded that the resources of the state influence on innovative growth have been exhausted. This means that the accelerated translation of the economy to the innovative development is impossible without the participation of each company. Identified the cause-effect relationship between factors of innovative development company. The methodical approach to estimation of innovative potential as the basis for the development of innovative enterprises.
