Abstract: The review of the works devoted to a question of development of transport networks is provided in article. Justification of development of uniform methodology of design of multimodal transport network (MTN) is given. The set-theoretic model of strategy of change of shape and power of MTN's objects which is mathematical fundamentals of methodology of MTN's design and its development is offered.
