Abstract: This article aims to present management of hotline system, especially abouthelping teens pregnant. Major contents drew from reviewing literature and learningexperiences of Hotline 1663 in developing hotline system for helping teens pregnant.They include general knowledge related to hotline services, characteristics, competenciesand ethics of hotline counselors. It focuses on special knowledge of the servicessystem of hotline for helping teens pregnant. บทความวิชาการเรื่องนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อนำเสนอการจัดระบบบริการสายด่วนโดยเฉพาะที่เกี่ยวกับการช่วยเหลือวัยรุ่นตั้งครรภ์ สาระหลักได้จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและการถอดบทเรียนประสบการณ์การพัฒนาระบบของสายด่วน 1663 ในการช่วยเหลือวัยรุ่นที่ตั้งครรภ์ ซึ่งครอบคลุมเนื้อหาความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับบริการสายด่วน ลักษณะของผู้ให้คำปรึกษาผ่านสายด่วน รวมถึงสมรรถนะ และจรรยาของการให้คำปรึกษาทางโทรศัพท์และองค์ความรู้เฉพาะที่เน้นระบบบริการสายด่วนช่วยเหลือวัยรุ่นตั้งครรภ์
