Abstract: This study synthesizes the body of literature on employees' performance and develops a conceptual framework that depicts plausible impacts of employees' participation, job involvement, and employees' relations on employees' performance.Herzberg two-factor theory is considered for this study as a theoretical anchor. To test the model, the study uses a sample of 200 employees working in Kabul-based telecom firms. The study finds a positive and significant impact of employees' participation, job involvement, and employer-employees relations on employees' performance. This research will help managers in the telecom sector to understand ways to enhance employees' performance by having an insight of the factors affecting it.
