The correct reverse primers are as follows: 5′-CGGAATCGAACCAGCGACCTAAGGATGTCC-3′ (tRNATyr) and 5′-CCACGCCTCCATACGGAGACCAGAAGACCC-3′(tRNALeu). We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this error.
