Abstract: INDONESIA: \n \nPragmatik adalah cabang ilmu dari ilmu linguistic yang mengkaji tentang bahasa dalam susunan eksternal dan hubungan antara konteks dan maksud penutur dalam komunikasi. Tindak tutur adalah fenomena individu manusia dalam tuturan, tindak tutur terbagi menjadi 3 macam, di antaranya: tindak tutur ilokusi. Tindak tutur ilokusi adalah suatu ujaran yang dilakukan oleh penutur untuk menginformasikan dan melakukan sebuah tindakan, dan terkadang tidak sama antara tuturan yang di kehendaki sehingga membutuhkan sebuah tindakan tertentu. Dalam hal ini Searle (1983) membagi menjadi 5 macam: Assertif, Direktif, Komisif, Ekspresif, dan Deklarasi. \n \nSebagaimana yang kita ketahui sesungguhnya orang islam Indonesia khususnya mengetahui kitab shahih muslim, keumudian ada salah seorang imam yang meringkas kitab tersebut untuk membantu mempermudah pemahaman, sehingga dinamakan kitab shahih muslim imam Al Mundziri, kemudian peneliti ingin meneliti tindak tutur ilokusi yang terdapat dalam kitab ringkasan shahih muslim karya imam mundziri tersebut. \n \nAdapun rumusan masalah dalalam penelitian ini ada dua, yaitu: hadis apa saja yang mengandung tindak tutur ilokusi, dan apa saja macam2 tindak tutur ilokusi yang terdapat dalam hadis2 tersebut. \n \nJenis penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, adapun teknik mengumpulan data dengan menggunakan dokumentasi dari buku utama dan buku terkait, dan adapun teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisis isi. \n \nAdapun hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan 13 tindak tutur ilokusi yang terletak dalam hadis ringkasan shahih muslim karangan imam Al Mundziri, adapun 13 hadis tersebut diantaranya: Tindak tutur ilokusi direk tif terdapat 4 hadis (hadis ke1068, 1081, 1088. 1100) dan terdapat 5 hadis yang mengandung tindak tutur ilokusi asertif (hadis ke1069, 1080, 1091, 1092, 1097), dan terdapat 1 hadis yang mengandung tindak tutur ilokusi komisif (hadis ke1070), dan terdapat 1 hadis yang mengandung tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresive (hadis ke 1073), dan terdapat 2 hadis yang mengandung tindak tutur ilokusi deklarasi (hadis ke 1084, 1086). \n \nENGLISH: \n \nPragmatics is the branch of science in linguistic science that learns the language in the external arrangement and the relationship between the context and speaker’s intent in communication. Speech act is the phenomenon of individual human in the speech, the speech act is divided into 3 types, such as: illocutionary speech acts. Illocutionary speech act is a speech made by the speaker to inform and perform an action, but it is, sometimes, not same between speeches that are desired, so it requires a specific action. In this case Searle (1983) divided into 5 categories: Assertive, Directives, commissive, Expressive, and the Declarative. As we know that the Islam Indonesian especially know the book of Saheeh Muslim, then there is one of the priests that summarizes the book to help facilitating of understanding, so it is called the books of Saheeh Muslim imam Al Mundziri, then the researcher wants to investigate the illocutionary speech act contained in the book of shahih muslim summaries written by the imam Mundziri. \n \nFocus of study in this study is two: any hadis containing illocutionary speech acts, and any kinds of illocutionary speech acts contained in the hadises. \n \nThe design of study review using qualitative descriptive method, while the technique of collecting data by using the documentation of the main books and related books, and the data analysis technique used is content analysis. \n \nThe results of this study, the researchers found 13 that located illocutionary speech acts in Saheeh Muslim tradition summary essay imam Al Mundziri, while 13 of these traditions include: Follow directive illocutionary said there are 4 of hadith (traditions ke1068, 1081, 1088. 1100) and there are 5 hadith containing speech acts illocutionary assertive (hadith ke1069, 1080, 1091, 1092, 1097), and there is one hadith containing speech acts illocutionary commissive (hadith ke1070), and there is one hadith containing speech acts illocutionary ekspresive (hadith to 1073) and there are two traditions that contains declarations illocutionary speech acts (hadith to 1084, 1086). \n \nARABIC: \n \nالتداولية هي فرع من فروع علم اللغة الجديدة التي تبحث عن اللغة في التركيب الخارجي وعلاقة بين السياق والغرض في المواصلات. وأمّا الأفعال هي الظواهر الفردية في الكلام وهناك ثلاثة أقسام منها: الحدث غير التعبيرى، الحدث غير التعبيرى هو إلقاء الكلام الذي غرضه لا يستوى ذلك الكلام، وهو الفعل الإنجازي الحقيق. وعند سيرل (1983) ينقسم على خمسة أنواع، وهي: الإخباريات والتوجيهات والإلتزاميات والتعبيرات والإعلانيات كما عرفنا المسلمين في الإندونسيا يعرفون كتاب صحيح مسلم ثم كان الإمام المنذيرى يختصر لتسهولة المفاهيم، ثم يسميه مختصر صحيح مسلم للإمام المنذيرى، وذلك الكتاب المشهور ومتّخذ المرجع في الدنيا الإسلام إذ يتّخذ الحكم أو الشريعة. فبذلك يريد الباحث أن تبحث عن النظرية الأفعال الكلامية خاصة الحدث غير التعبيرى في مختصر صحيح مسلم للإمام المنذيرى. \n \nأما الأسئلة البحث في هذا البحث هي ما الأحاديث النبوية التي تتضمن الحدث غير التعبيرى في منتصر صحيح مسلم للإمام المنذيرى؟، وما أنواع الحدث غير التعبيري الذي يتضمنها الأحاديث النبوية في مختصر صحيح مسلم المنذيرى؟، لمعرفة الأحاديث النبوية التي تتضمن الحدث غير التعبيرى في مختصر صحيح مسلم للإمام المنذيرى، لمعرفة أنواع الحدث غير التعبيري الذي يتضمنها الأحاديث النبوية في مختصر صحيح مسلم للإمام المنذيرى. \n \nهذا البحث من حيث نوعه هو الدراسة المكتبية، استخدم الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج الكيفى الوصفي وإن طريقة جمع البيانات هي طريقة الوثائقة ، وتحليل البيانات بالطريقة المضمونة. \n \nأما نتائج البحث الذي حصل الباحث عن الحدث غير التعبيرى الذي يقع في مختصر صحيح مسلم للإمام المنذيرى يبلغ عدده ثلاثة عشر الأحاديث منها: التوجيهات أو إرشاديات الذي يتضمن 4 الأحاديث ورقم الأحاديث (1068، 1081، 1088، 1100). الإخباريات الذي يتضمن 5 الأحاديث ورقم الأحاديث (1069، 1080، 1091، 1092، 1097). الإلتزاميات الذي يتضمن 1 الحديث ورقم الحديث (1070). التعبيرات الذي يتضمن 1 الحديث ورقم (1073) الإعلانيات الذي يتضمن 2 الأحاديث ورقم (1084،1086
