Abstract: This article is part of the Research and Development project, «Aristocratic Property in Nasrid Granada and its Transfer to Castilian Society after the Conquest (Thirteenth to Sixteenth centuries)» (HAR2015-64605-C2-2-P), which in turn is part of a coordinated Research and Development Project entitled: «Almunias in Western Islam». The objective is the study of almunias and other properties of the aristocracy in al-Andalus from an archaeological, architectural, and documentary point of view. For this purpose, an exhaustive search for records has been undertaken both in the archives of Granada as well as in other national centres. Furthermore, data from publications dating from the nineteen-nineties concerning the monastery has also been utilized. The income and the location of certain properties donated to the order has been detailed in this study, as well as the monk’s first fifteen years of residence in Granada, paying particular attention to the links between the Hieronymites and the Islamic and Castilian elites.
