Abstract: The study is aimed to investigate factors influencing entrepreneurial intention of 166 students in Can Tho University of Technology. Expanding the theory of planned behavior developed by Ajzen (1991) combined with demographic profiles, personality traits, and entrepreneurial education, the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and ordinary least square (OLS) results showed that there are 7 factors impacting on entrepreneurial intention including personality traits, attitude, behavioral awareness and attitude, entrepreneurial education, behavioral awareness of control, norms and attitude, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study provide more evidence on the one hand, and offer some recommendations for policy makers, researchers and educators on the other hand.
