Abstract: Bovine adrenocortical cell preparation and culture were carried out in a manner previously described (33,36). Briefly, dispersed cells were prepared from bovine adrenal cortices by treatment with collagenase- dispase (Boehringer Mannheim) solution containing DNase. The cells were harvested and washed by centrifugation and placed in 60-mm or 100-mm dishes
