CIViCmine: Assisting curation of the CIViC resource using relation extraction

Abstract: The CIViC resource holds information on biomarkers relevant to precision cancer medicine. We show that text mining can be used to help prioritise documents for curation into CIViC. The CIViCmine approach uses relation extraction and prioritization from a supervised learning method to identify relevant markers not yet in CIViC.
