Abstract: The history of visualization within mathematics education is a long one. Since the beginning of the 1980s mathematics educators are interested in the practical challenges of teaching visualization, in visualization of mathematics as exhibits in school or aligned with educational psychology and are looking for theoretical frameworks. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
