Abstract: The review aims to analyze the relationship between metabolic changes in muscle tissue occurring in space flight conditions and other body systems during the developing atrophy.The data about the activity of various enzyme systems in muscles, liver and myocardium are presented.It was shown that during the transformation of postural muscles, metabolism from the lipid to carbohydrate, the activity of gluconeogenesis in the liver pathways is increased and the intensity of the oxygen consumption by the heart muscle changes.
