Abstract: This poster introduces MRIQC, a software tool to extract image quality metrics (IQMs) from T1w, T2w and functional MRI. It generates interactive visual reports. The IQMs are also used in a supervised learning framework to predict quality labels in unseen dataset, evaluated with nested cross-validation.
