Four Days Tbo-Filgrastim for Mobilization and Collection Demonstrates Superior CD34+ Yields, Less Use of Plerixafor, Fewer Collections and a Decrease in Total Charges

Abstract: Background: Our center previously demonstrated that tbo-filgrastim mobilization over 4 days versus 5 days yielded adequate CD34+ product yields, less use of plerixafor and fewer days of collection. This follow up analysis included a larger sample size and investigated whether there was an associated decrease in total charges (charges for tbo-filgrastim, plerixafor and collection procedure(s) combined).
