Abstract: Insufficient phase stability prevents the use of all-inorganic cesium lead iodide perovskite in light-emitting devices. A small quantity of poly(ethylene oxide) efficiently promotes formation of the black α-phase while inhibiting formation of the undesired yellow δ-phase, as demonstrated by Cheolmin Park and co-workers in article number 1706401. This approach for controlling perovskite crystallization will enable high-quality films with excellent characteristics.
