Abstract: Key Points Biomarkers are needed to identify patients with PMBCL who will not be cured after single-modality therapy with R-EPOCH. Volume-based and metabolic variables on pre- and postchemotherapy PET-CT seem to identify patients who progress after R-EPOCH alone.
