The Life Cycle of Technical Projects
Year: 2002
Type: article
Abstract: This paper reviews four project life-cycle models presenting some interests in the management of technical projects. It is shown that each life-cycle model has some specificity that can explain a particular aspect of a project or of the duty of a project manager. Because the reality of a project is always complex, it cannot be embraced by a single model; therefore, several complementary models are required.
