Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study complete $λ$-surfaces in Euclidean space $\mathbb R^3$. A complete classification for 2-dimensional complete $λ$-surfaces in Euclidean space $\mathbb R^3$ with constant squared norm of the second fundamental form is given.
