Abstract: ملخص البحث: تناولت في هذا البحث محوراً هاماً من محاور التميز هو التحفيز المادي، وعالجت فيه جملة من القضايا المتصلة به من خلال السنة النبوية، فبينت مفهومه، ولضبط الموضوع قمت ببيان أهمية التحفيز، ثم تعرضت إلى توضيح أسبابه، وضوابطه، ودفع بعض الشبهات المثارة حوله، حتى توصلت إلى أنَّ التحفيز له أهميته في السنة، وأنَّه يناسب ضروباً من الناس، کما يناسب مواقف معينة، قد يجتمع فيها مع التحفيز المعنوي وقد ينفرد، مما يجعل هذا النوع من التحفيز محطّ اهتمام من الباحثين، والمربين، وأصحاب العمل. The material motivation: importance and its causes and controls in the the Sunnah Dr. Mohammad Zuhier Abdallah Almohammad Abstract In this research, I dealt with an important axis of excellence, namely, material motivation, and dealt with a number of related issues through the Prophetic Sunnah, so I set out its concept and to set the subject I explained the importance of motivation and then explained its reasons and controls. I found that motivation is important in the Sunnah, and that it suits a variety of people, as appropriate for certain situations, where it may meet with moral motivation and may be unique, making this kind of motivation the focus of attention from researchers, educators and employers.
