Calculation on the evacuation number of restaurant based on the measured data

Abstract: Based on the statistics of population in an upscale restaurant and its chain store,the problems of calculation on the evacuation number according to the statistics of population were analyzed.The simulation by Bootstrap was carried out to analyze the reliability of calculation on evacuation number based on finite sample.The confidence interval of equivalent density of population was analyzed,and the value of equivalent density of population under different confidence interval was obtained.Suggestions on the calculation method of population and the design of restaurant were put forward.
