Abstract: This project explores the development of a voice-controlled robot using an Arduino Uno, HC-06 Bluetooth module, L293D motor driver shield, and BO motors. It aims to enhance human-machine interaction through voice commands, enabling simple and accessible control without manual interfaces.Commands such as "forward," "backward," "left," "right," and "stop" are processed via a smartphone app and transmitted via Bluetooth. The Arduino decodes these commands and actuates the motors accordingly. The system is designed to be low-cost, portable, and easy to assemble, making it ideal for education, automation, and assistive technologies. The robot operates on a compact chassis powered by a 9V battery. Its simple architecture allows scalability, with potential enhancements like obstacle detection and IoT connectivity.Testing has shown reliable Bluetooth communication and accurate voice-command execution in controlled environments. The robot demonstrates the use of embedded systems, speech recognition, and wireless communication to create responsive robots. It is especially beneficial for users with physical disabilities due to its hands-free control. The system's use of open-source hardware and software ensures affordability and customizability.Limitations include dependency on internet-based voice recognition APIs and limited navigation in dynamic environments. However, planned future upgrades-such as offline speech processing and advanced motor control-can address these gaps. The modular design encourages further experimentation, making it a valuable platform for students and hobbyists. This voice-controlled robot exemplifies the integration of technology to simplify interaction and increase accessibility in robotics. It serves as a prototype for more advanced systems in both personal and commercial applications. The robot also promotes learning by combining principles of electronics, coding, and mechanical design.Overall, it is a practical solution for intuitive and inclusive robotic.
