Relationship between apalutamide (APA) exposure and metastasis-free survival (MFS) in patients (pts) with nonmetastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC) from SPARTAN
Year: 2018
Type: article
Abstract: Background: The phase 3 SPARTAN study evaluated the efficacy and safety of APA vs placebo (PBO) in men with high-risk nmCRPC. Because dose reductions/interruptions for the management of AEs that occur during treatment can affect drug efficacy, this analysis sought to understand the relationship of APA pharmacokinetic exposure and the primary end point of SPARTAN, MFS.
