Abstract: We appreciate the interest of Turan et al 1 in our systematic review and individual patient-level data metaanalysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that explored the role of temporary ovarian suppression with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists (GnRHa) during chemotherapy as a strategy to preserve ovarian function and fertility in premenopausal patients with breast cancer. 2
