Reconstruction of rough potentials in the plane

Abstract: We provide a reconstruction scheme for complex-valued potentials in $ H^s (\mathbb{R}^2) $ for $ s > 0 $. The procedure extends the method of Bukhgeim relying on quadratic exponential solutions.
