Abstract: The purpose of writing this article is to know the planning of learning with Dick and Carey model. This type of article is a conceptual analysis using qualitative - descriptive method. The conclusion of this article is that the learning planning procedure of learning model Dick and Carey includes several stages: (1) identifying learning needs and writing general learning objectives,(2) doing learning analysis, (3) identifying behavior and initial characteristics of \nstudents, (4) (5) developing learning strategies, (7) developing teaching materials, (8) designing and executing formative and summative evaluations.
