Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Dan Quality Of Work Life (Qwl) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract: The pourpose of this research is to know how influence organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life toemployee performance to all employees of PT Subur Jaya Embroidery. The sample in this research is all employees of PT Subur Jaya Embroidery by fourty-six people by using saturated sampling method. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that partially organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life haven’t a significant influence on employees performance PT Subur Jaya Embroidery. Meanwhile, simultaneously organizational citizenship behavior and quality fo work life haven’t a significant influence on employees performance PT Subur Jaya Embroidery. Quality of work life is the most dominant variable affecting employees performance.
