Aortic Valve Neocuspidization in a Pediatric Population: An Early Single Center Experience
Year: 2019
Type: article
Abstract: Objective: In pediatric patients, management of aortic valve disease is complicated by questions of durability and growth in replacement options. Neocuspidization with glutaraldehyde-treated autologous pericardium (AVNeo) has been described with promising results in adults. We describe our early experience with AVNeo in a pediatric cohort.
