Abstract: Lemon agro industrial complex in Tucuman (Argentine). An example of non-traditional productions and small farmers expulsion.Tucuman is one of the main worldwide areas producing, industrialising and exporting lemon, but in the process of growth of the lemon agroindustrial complex the small producers have been progressively expelled from the activity. Higher production costs and differential access to the technology can be identified as the principal reasons for this expulsion, increased in the current context of difficulties that the activity is crossing.
