Abstract: The author has brought to our attention the following revision for the acknowledgement section of the article listed above, published in Biopolymers 2008, 89(4): 244–247. The revised information is listed below: Aspects of this graduate program are supported by a training grant from National Institutes of Health (T32 GM008297). I would like to thank my colleagues in the Molecular Biophysics Graduate Program at UT Southwestern, as they have provided much of the vision, rigor and energy towards an outstanding and interactive educational and research enterprise here. In particular, I would like to gratefully acknowledge the leadership and support of Steve Sprang, particularly in his former role as a chairman of the MBGP. I would also like to recognize the efforts of several faculty members who have played particularly critical roles in the program, including (in alphabetical order) Joe Albanesi, Betsy Goldsmith, Nick Grishin, Mischa Machius, Rama Ranganathan, Jose Rizo-Rey, Michael Rosen, Elliott Ross, Phil Thomas, Diana Tomchick and Hong Zhang. Finally, I would also like to thank a diverse range of mentors for their efforts, energy and patience in shaping my approach towards biophysics research and education, particularly Lewis Kay, Julie Forman-Kay, Joseph Coleman, Jim Prestegard, Paul Sigler, Fred Richards, Claude Meares and Larry Sprechman.
