Abstract: Initially, we took a very conservative "above all, don't miss" approach, though with continued learning from previously treated patients, we have refined our setup uncertainty margins.Only with enough patients and time, honest and careful assessment of downstream toxicities, and collaboration across centers will we be able to identify optimal thresholds for dose/volume to heart and surrounding organs.We look forward to collaborating with Jumeau et al and others to fully realize this future.
