Abstract: The authors propose an exactly soluble three-dimensional lattice model for a fractional Weyl semimetal and compute several observables which may provide characteristic experimental signatures for such a phase of matter. These include a fractional circular photogalvanic effect, a fractional Wiedemann-Franz law and a gapped electronic spectral function.
