Abstract: The goal of the project is to synthesize([11C]RWJ393059, a carbon-11 labeled antagonist for the histamine H3 receptor, using a procedure developed by Johnson and Johnson chemists. and to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and specificity of this radiotracer for the histamine H3 receptor in the baboon model using the ECAT HR+ PET scanner at Brookhaven.
