Year: 2019
Type: article
Abstract: Small 2018, 14, 1803284 In this article, a typographical error resulted in the transposition of two RNA sequences provided in the experimental section and Tables S1 and S2. The correct text is provided below. This error does not affect the results or conclusions in this article. Corrected Supporting Information is available with this Correction. Oligonucleotide Synthesis: RNA was synthesized on a MerMade 12 using phosphoramidites from ChemGenes. Immunostimulatory RNA (ssRNA-DR, 5′-ugu ccu uca aug ucc uuc aa-3′) and non-immunostimulatory RNA (ssRNA-41, 5′-gcc cga cag aag aga gac ac-3′) both contained a phosphorothioate backbone. Detailed sequence information for RNA used in this paper is located in Table S2 of the Supporting Information. Cy3.5-modified sequences were used for all uptake experiments (Figure 2); functional experiments were conducted with non-dye-labeled oligonucleotides. Standard oligonucleotide downstream processing of oligonucleotide sequences was conducted according to Glen Research's recommended protocols.
