Abstract: This research is considered as a case study for medical develoments in this time، since it deals with one of the most important topics related to medical science; (Stem Cells) which are used in treating a lot of incurable diseases.The research included clarifying its definition، functions and mentioning its sources generally.The reseach also sheds light on one of these sources (human Placenta) which is considerd the eaisest source for getting Stem Cells.The research also discusses some jurisprudential rulings relating to purity، the legality for getting benefit from it، and the legal conditions for governing this conduct.
