Abstract: Conflict cannot be separated from daily life, even in romantic relationship. If conflict happens in romantic relationship and not solved early on, then will be cause of unsatisfied, separated, and even death. One of positive ways to solve conflict is seeking help to a counselor. Yet unavailable of the standard instrument for assessment, become an obstacle. The research aiming to adapt The Romantic Partner Conflict Scale into Indonesian culture and language with analyze psychometric characteristics of it. Translated with backward translation technic. Index of Aiken’s V of each items has score ranging between 0,429-0,839 and 0,747 for the instrument. Confirmatory factor analysis resulted 34 of 39 valid items with the score of λ ranging between 0,50-0,95 (n=664). Coefficient reliability of Alpha’s Cronbach of each dimensions resulted reliable; compromise (α=0,904), avoidance (α=0,692), interactional reactivity (α=0,616), separation (α=0,855), domination (α=0,813), submission (α=0,819). Indonesia’s version of the Romantic Partner Conflict Scale is useable for assessments or researches.
