Abstract: The loan is one of the contracts of attachment that Sharia urged and permitted, and the lender is promised a great reward from Allah the Almighty if he lent such loan for the sake of Allah the Almighty. The lender requirement that the borrower shall loan him another loan dependent on his loan to him is called mutual loans. The contemporary scholars differed in this type of contracts based on their adaptation to them, and the dispute arose between them based on the suspicion of mutual loans regarding some of things that are forbidden in Islam:Including: Committing usury, as the lender requires that the borrower shall lend him another loan in exchange for lending to him, and this falls under the rule, "any loan that draws profit/interest is usury".Including: The addition of mutual loans to the two sales in one contract (bay'atayn fi bay'ah) and the two contracts in a contract, which are among the things that are forbidden by Islamic law.The research aims to define the loan and its importance, the form of mutual loans, and the extent of suspicion of these prohibitions and others, then it clarifies the legal ruling for them based on whether or not they are falling under these caveats. Moreover, the    research shows the principle governing the forbidden benefit in the loan, and how to take advantage of mutual loans without falling into a legally prohibited action.
