Abstract: This study entitled The effect of compensation and work discipline on employeeperformance at PT. Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. The formulation of the problem in thisstudy is whether the effect of compensation and work discipline on employeeperformance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensationand discipline on employee performance at PT. Sinar Bengkulu Selatan.This research was conducted on the employees of PT (SBS) Sinar BengkuluSelatan. While the time of this study was 20 days, from December 15 to January 5,2020. The population of this study were employees at PT (SBS) Sinar BengkuluSelatan, while the sample of this study were employees of PT (SBS) Sinar BengkuluSelatan which amounted to 95 people.
